As this process is unique to Custom Formulated Soap Bars, please read below to understand the capabilities and process involved.

Glycerin Bars
Custom Molds can be provided by customer or RSL will provide a standard mold. RSL mold offerings include a 4 oz rectangle and a 1 oz rectangle and a 1 oz oval. The run minimum is 2000+/15% 4oz bars. One ounce bars can be added onto an order for 4 oz bars in any quantity. One ounce bar runs include a small batch fee. Colors, fragrance, essential oils, natural oils, plant matter, exfoliate material, and other additives can be added to your Custom Soap Bar Formulation. There will be a two to six week lead time on these bars. The standard lab fee process applies.

Saponified Oil Bars
Custom Molds can be provided by customer or RSL will hand cut these bars in a 3.75 oz rectangle. RSL will also provide window boxes for these bars upon request. Colors, fragrance, essential oils, natural oils, plant matter, exfoliate material, and may other additives can be added to your Custom Soap Bar Formulation. The run minimum is 625 bars+/-15%. These bars will require a test batch fee of 75$ per batch with $500.00 due up front. Upon batch selection, the balance will be refunded to the
customer. The standard In House Formula is as follows: Organic Palm Oil, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Olive Oil. The standard lab fee process applies. In order to deviate from the standard 3.75 oz bar, a re-tooling fee of $250.00 to $500.00 will apply, depending on the cut size. Lead time for the Saponified Oil Bars runs 6-8 weeks due to necessary curing time.
