Roman chamomile is similar to German chamomile as far as treatments go. They are completely different species, however. Roman chamomile is a little milder than German chamomile.

Roman chamomile is often used by people with sensitive skin. It mixes well with a variety of other essential oils. Popular mixes are with lemon, rose, jasmine and lavender.
