4Step Four: Placing an Order

  • When you are ready to place your order, you will fill out and send in an Electronic Order Form.
  • If you have any documentation requests, please note these on the order form so we can have those ready at time of shipment.
    This includes Micro Testing Results/COA/Export listing/SDS
  • Upon receipt of your order form, we will draw up a production contract and send a Docusign for your final review.

Payment Terms:

  • We require a 50% down payment on the order due at the contract signature, and the remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to shipment.
  • While we can process credit card transactions, please note there is a 3% processing fee associated with this payment method.
  • To avoid this fee, we also accept ACH Payments. For more information, click here.
