Balance, soften, and sooth the skin with the RSL Seaweed Bio-Complex Toner. Formulated with a blend of restorative mineral complex high in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants to balance pH, support the skin's natural microbiome, and strengthen its resilience against environmental stressors such as pollution and free radicals.  

How to Use

Apply toner to freshly cleansed skin using sprayer application, cotton pads, or hands. Gently pat product into the skin. Apply in the AM and PM right after cleansing, allowing skin to fully absorb the product prior to applying additional products.

Rose Hydrosol & Panthenol: Nourish the skin while restoring balance.
Aloe Vera & Witch Hazel: Calm the skin and provide hydration without irritation.
