 For centuries Australian Aboriginals have used Eucalyptus leaves as a disinfectant to cover wounds, and to this day some doctors still use solutions of Eucalyptus oil in surgical dressings. Shown by laboratory tests to be a powerful anti-microbial agent, eucalyptus has often been used for the respiratory system, and is a wonderful oil to put in your at-home diffuser not only for respiratory health, but for immune health as well.
