Due to the customized nature of our products and FDA regulation all products sales are final, and no returns will be accepted.

If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact our offices to begin an investigation within 30 days of receipt of order. Our QA department will review.

Damages due to shipping will be resolved with replacement orders.
