1Step One: Choose a Product

2Step Two: Choose Your Packaging

Once you have chosen your product (or products), the next step will be to choose your packaging components and send them to us for assessment and a quote. Rainshadow has capabilities to fill bottles, jars, tubes, pouches, and more.

  • MUST Include a Packing Slip
  • MUST Send 20–30 Samples (30 for tubes, 20 for all others)

3Step Three: Preparing For Your Order

Once your packaging assessment is complete, we will send our assessment details and a quote for filling services via email.

Your quote will reflect the cost of the filling services and the product.

Ahead of your first order, we will make sure we have a few forms in place where necessary:

4Step Four: Placing an Order

  • When you are ready to place your order, you will fill out and send in an Electronic Order Form (link).
  • If you have any documentation requests, please note these on the order form so we can have those ready at time of shipment.
    This includes Micro Testing Results/COA/Export listing/SDS
  • Upon receipt of your order form, we will draw up a production contract and send a Docusign for your final review.

Payment Terms:

  • We require a 50% down payment on the order due at the contract signature, and the remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to shipment.
  • While we can process credit card transactions, please note there is a 3% processing fee associated with this payment method.

5Step Five: Order Fulfillment

  • Balance is due at completion of order
  • Shipping
    • FedEx, Carrier Services, Will Call, or Customer Arranged Freight.
  • Warehousing
    • We provide on-site warehouse storage as long as an order is placed within 3 months.
