We do not disclose our customer names. You will find many of our client's retail and spa products in stores including Whole Foods, New Seasons, Ulta, Target, Walmart, Nordstrom's, Stroud's, Sephora, and Amazon.

All of our buy direct products are available for us to fill for you. Minimum order for stock catalog filling is 10 gallons

We do not offer packaging or componentry – the options in the marketplace are vast and varied.  If you need help finding a packaging vendor – you may find it helpful to peruse our preferred vendor list.

For Buy Direct items we do not have a minimum order quantity – you can purchase as little as a 2oz sample size to try.

Custom and Semi Custom Formulations are a 25 gallon minimum order quantity.

For Filling services we require 25 gallon minimum on custom and semi-custom formulations.  Buy direct filling services are offered at a 10 gallon minimum.

Items with available inventory on the website will be shipped within 5-7 business days. If quantity is not available in inventory, items will be shipped within 4 weeks of order confirmation. 

Filling lead time is 8 weeks after PO is approved by Customer. All Customer supplied packaging must be onsite 5 weeks prior to due date. If packaging is not onsite, the order will be pushed out 5 wks after all packaging is onsite. 

All products are final sales, and no returns will be accepted. Damages due to shipping will be resolved with replacement orders.

Rainshadow Labs can warehouse your unused packaging materials here at our facility in between orders. There is a monthly pallet fee of $100 per pallet for  storage. If at any point you may require materials to be inventoried, we are happy to do so - inventory counts, quality inspections, etc will accrue a $35/hour fee.

Our space restrictions will not allow for us to  warehouse any packaging materials that are not relevant to orders that we have in house for your particular company. We are unable to provide full scale storage facility for you, but we are offering to manage your excess packaging from one order to another in order to eliminate excessive back and forth shipping of unused materials.
