Chamomile may be most well known for its relaxing aromatherapy effects. It is a wonderful oil to use if you have children as it is very gentle and effective. Some people place a drop or two neat on the soles of your child's feet before bed to help them relax and fall asleep. Roman Chamomile's aroma is sweet and slightly herbaceous- absolutely lovely in the diffuser!
