Citronella has a light and crisp lemon-like aroma, and is the characteristic aroma commonly found in products for mosquitoes and fleas.

If you are making candles, be sure to use at least 1.5 ounces of essential oil per pound of wax. Citronella (the component that bugs don't like) is higher in our Java variety of Citronella compared to Ceylon Citronella.
